Grilled quail with wilted cabbage slaw, grilled flank steak with sautéed portabella and cremini mushrooms, grilled lamb shanks with a summer savoury mustard marinade.

TASTING NOTE:

It is a firm and classic Haut Médoc, therefore a powerful wine with a corresponding structure, full of lots of ripe fruit, precise and tasty. Well proportioned wood and fine, present tannins. A wine that needs a few years of rest, but which will certainly become a real delight when the Cabernets (which are very ripe) have reached full maturity.
