This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with roasted and grilled meats (steak, mutton shoulder, Bresse chicken), character cheeses.

TASTING NOTE:

It has a shiny ruby dress. Its bouquet smells of red fruits and spices with pretty vanilla notes and "leather". It relies on elegant tannins and imbued with aromas of mint, vanilla and honey; the palate lets the FORCE speak of its youth. Round and silky, this 2015 deserves to be expected a couple of years.
