An ageing potential of at least 12 -15 years. Serve with rich dark meats served rare with a fiery black pepper sauce.

TASTING NOTE:
Bright red in colour with youthful crimson hues. An impressive nose, with aromas of cloves, black olives and dark cherries jumping out of the glass. Dark cherries and spices carry forward from the nose to the palate, beautifully wrapped up in fine French oak and dry powdery fruit tannins. Made in a texturally rewarding style, yet possessing surprising finesse and with a lingering flavour persistence.
