Pommard is a wine to drink with wild meat (game or feathered game) because its tannins are massive and dense, and also with strong cheeses.

TASTING NOTE:

The cuvée is composed of vines at the bottom of the hillside (old alluvial deposits), which gives a deep red, dark purple ruby colour, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, cherry stone and ripe plum. Full-bodied and powerful.
