Charolais beef pavement with a reduction of red wine accompanied by a bone marrow. Roasted pork chops with Espelette peppers, a few oyster mushrooms with juice. Camembert from Isigny farmer.

TASTING NOTE:

Color: Ruby red dress with purple highlights. Nose: elegant, fine and very expressive nose. Notes of blackcrant, liquorice and a hint of pepper. Palate: wine marked by a beautiful structure. The tannins elegantly highlight a rich, concentrated and fine material. Very harmonious, this wine already reveals a very nice balance. The final is very long.
