Roasted duck breast on the skin, creamy polenta. Grilled Mezenc beef rib, fine truffle puree. Creamy cheese from Brillât Savarin or Chaource.

TASTING NOTE:

Color: bright dress, purple color with purple highlights. Nose: discreet nose that requires ventilation. The aromas develop with finesse and a lot of complexity; blackberry jam, licorice stick, roasted tip and a touch of spice. Palate: full and generous mouth. The palate's mid-mouths offer rich aromas of ripe fruit and a hint of smoke. The tannins are dense, intense but of a beautiful finesse. It gives this wine an imposing and very long structure in the mouth. A very great wine.
