This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with beaf, veal, game and poultry in sauce.

TASTING NOTE:

Clean clear wine with a pale red core, medium- intensity and medium viscosity. Intense nose of strawberry and new leather, light cedarwood and fresh cherry. On the palate the wine is dry with medium acidity and medium+ tannins. Excellent depth and length, with a rich structure. Balance is superb. Truly great.
