This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with oast grouse, pheasant, partridge as well as high quality farmed meats such as guineafowl and goose.

TASTING NOTE:

Distinctive Bordeaux nose of blackcurrant, feint pencil lead, with further woody undertones. The palate is rich and tannic.Damson, menthol, mild liquorice, a rangey palate for sure. Medium bodied, medium acidity, medium intensity with a decent length finish.
