On the nose, this wine is bewitching and complex, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits even jammy (crushed strawberry, black cherry, wild blackberry, plum), spices (licorice, pepper), garrigue (thyme), leather, floral notes (violet), empyreumatic (cocoa, mocha, tobacco) and woody (cedar) ... On the palate, it is deep, lively and precise, a delicate matter on a juicy fruit, liquorice, thyme, floral and empyreumatic notes, accompanied by a nice underlying minerality, a nice acidity bringing a lot of freshness, fine tannins, a long and tasty finish.
