This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with oast grouse, pheasant, partridge as well as high quality farmed meats such as guineafowl and goose.

TASTING NOTE:

Bouquet of forest floor, a bit of brett, leather, toasted wood, chocolate, cherries and cotton candy. The medium high acidity is nicely balanced by sweetness with a slightly bitter tang. On the palate raw meat, strawberries, pomegranate and mushrooms.
