This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment withfeathered game such as grouse, partridge and pheasant.

TASTING NOTE:

Violet, cream, vanilla, toast, oak, and red fruit aroma. Red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry to complement the very balanced yet complicated wine. Mid to high acidity and rounded mid tannin to lift this 13% wine. Long lasting with some more black cherry and blueberry to finish it, yet some more cream taste to leverage the wine.
