In the mouth - its fresh acidity with cherry and licorice flavors unfolding to dark chocolate and raspberry make it a pleasure to match with food. This silky Rosso offers a lean, compact mouthfeel and intense aromas of red fruit, smoked almond, black olive and sour cherry. There’s a savory note of cured meat on the finish.
