TASTING NOTE:
It’s fragrant; expressing plums, exotic spice, cracked pepper, Horopito for kiwis, brambles, mānuka bark and wood smoke. It’s rich but not overblown. The tannins are finely tuned and chiselled creating a wine which is groomed and precise.
