A Charolais steak (thick!) grilled and accompanied by new potato and a beautiful Béarnaise. A pork roll candied in the oven and accompanied by a few white beans with juice. A Brie de Melun or a good cowrin from the Jura.

TASTING NOTE:

Rich, black cherry, plum and blackberry with anise and clove spices. Nice cedar notes and well-integrated tannins. Smooth, medium finish.
