This Hermitage offers character but also a lot of finesse. It will therefore be able to be granted the most beautiful meats and the sweetest cooking; whether it's pigeons, sweetbreads, beautiful poultry or even matured cheeses.

TASTING NOTE:

Color: This Hermitage offers a nice density in the glass. The wine is deep, marked by a violet color with bright reflections. Nose: the nose is already well open and delivers delicate aromas of fruits such as blackcover or blackberry. In evolution you can detect notes of black pepper, juniper and undergrowth. Mouth: the entrance to the mouth is of a large extent. The wine settles elegantly on crystalline tannins. The wine has body but also an amazing "airy" finesse for a Hermitage.
