On its own, a supple wine that slowly reveals its complexity. Perfect with grilled prime rib, chicken with morels or a vegetable tagine.

TASTING NOTE: 

Beautiful purple colour with ruby highlights. Intense nose, with notes of blond tobacco, leather and sweet spices (cloves). On the palate, a smooth and fresh attack gives way to silky and pleasant tannins, combined with candied cherry aromas and hints of menthol. Persistent freshness with a liquorice and pepper finish.
