Serve with fried zucchini with garlic mayonnaise (Aioli), Crostini with fresh goat-cheese or red mullet fillets with tapenade. During winter this wine pairs well with slow roasted chicken and fresh pasta, Provençal Beef Stew and creamy polenta and even Crème Caramel.

TASTING NOTE:

Bright, rose petal hues. The nose is floral with amylic notes. The palate is clean on entry, with well balanced acidity, full and bursting with notes of whitefleshed fruit.
