Incredibly delicate and so beautifully made. Staggering purity with gorgeous vibrant red fruit, peach, grapefruit, honeysuckle and cranberry. A quite simply stunning palate with silky fruit, a touch of creaminess and a trace of fresh minerality. There’s a subtle edge of bitter grapefruit on the finish which adds a lovely contrast. This is a seriously impressive fine wine.
