Soft boiled egg with radish tops in cream sauce. Tuna marinated in orange and fennel with fresh mint pure. Ratte potatoes with truffle emulsion.

TASTING NOTE:

Pale gold in colour with hints of green. On the nose, this is an aromatic wine with notes of apricots, white flowers and dried herbs. The palate is crisp and dry, redolent of citrus, green apple and stone fruit, framed by a refreshing backbone of acidity.
