Due to the rich ripe fruits in this wine it makes an 

excellent accompaniment to white meats and fish 

in sauces. 

TASTING NOTE: 

Santa Ana Viognier is packed with tropical aromas 

of ripe mango, fresh pineapple and ripe stone fruit 

of peaches and pears. This tropical fruit is 

followed through onto the palate complimented by 

a touch of honey. This wine is medium in body 

with a gentle acidity and long length.
