TASTING NOTE: 

This Guiraud has a sense of "confidence" on the nose that bodes well for the future – crisp, honeyed fruit with white peach and quince developing with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with a viscous, effervescent entry. It has good depth and freshness, although like others it dips at the finish where it is missing a little viscosity and persistency.
