TASTING NOTE: 

Beeswax, stone powder, herbal mud and meadow flowers, all impressions are highly complex interwoven. Crunchy tannin occupies every room first and lasts for some time before slowly making room for aromas. Freshly chopped herbs and apple jelly mix with a touch of caramel, but apparently the sugar was withdrawn, because it comes through only a fine, characterized by ripe stone fruit sweetness.
