TASTING NOTE:

The 2015 Pouilly Fuisse Clos Varambon has a relatively simple but not unattractive bouquet with dried pineapple and beeswax aromas. The palate is well balanced with a fine line of acidity, more lime fruit than many others with a brisk, quite tensile finish and a dash of spice on the aftertaste. Easy-going undeniably and that this is a well made Pouilly-Fuissé.
