Substance and body from the Semillon with thrilling, nervy, nectarine and white flower blossom and tight, coiled and marvellously intense white peach flavours from the Sauvignon Blanc. Pronounced, zippy acidity that is crisp, clean and refreshing leaving a dry, schisty aftertaste. With time, the wine will reveal more mineral characters while still remaining tantalisingly fruit-driven.
