TASTING NOTE:

Fermented and aged on its lees in the Nevers oak for four months, the integration of the wood is magnificent from the olfactory phase. Frosted lemon, white flowers, anise caramel and dried fruits make up a flawless aromatic bouquet. The balance continues in the mouth where it shows the right volume, refreshing touches of lime and tropical fruit and noble bitter that give it a more elegant. The creamy butter mingles with the quince and almond skin recalls in a finale that seems to have no end.
