The wine is complemented with a touch of Viognier that brings a sophisticated touch to this wine. This white wine from Terra Alta was vinified in a traditional manner. Before alcoholic fermentation, the wine was cold-soaked for 24 hours. After that, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for over a period of 15 days.
