Delicious on its own but perfect with savoury pies, quiche, aged cheeses, steamed fish & light pastas.

TASTING NOTE:

On the nose, this wine has aromas of green apple, pear and floral notes. On the palate, it is linear, with racy acidity and pure, expressive fruit flavours. It is ready to drink now but has excellent structure so it will continue to develop well in bottle over the next few years.
