This Pouilly-Fuissé, with a guard bordering 5 to 6 years enabling him to accentuate its roundness and its persistence while keeping freshness, will accompany noble fishes, poultry of Bresse, pike « quenelles » as well as cheeses.

TASTING NOTE:

This cuvée, typed large white of Burgundy, have allowed building the estate’s reputation. It has elaborated after long fermentations, partly in oak barrels thanks to a subtle and meticulous blending between the oldest vines and the best climates of Fuissé : « Menestrières », « Champs », « Prasles » for the power and the race of the wine ;  » Clos Gaillard », « Perrières », « Chevaux » for elegance and fineness. The harmony between richness, elegance and freshness, is always present but with a certain fluctuation depending on the vintage.
