This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment withrisotto with spring vegetables.

TASTING NOTE:

It has a golden yellow color. On the nose, peach and cream, while on the palate it features a pleasant pear and minerals, secondary citrus, with balanced vanilla from the oaking. Medium bodied, it has a persistent but not overpowering acidity with a long finish.
