Pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish and particularly well with skewers of sea scallops à la pancetta and Portuguese cod.

TASTING NOTE:

The 2017 is an elegant, pale yellow flecked with green. A nose of fresh, fruity peaches and pears with citrus notes. On the mouth this is clean and fresh but with perceptible volume on the mid-palate. The finish is broad and taut with citrus aromas.
