This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with food such as shellfish and white fish as well as roast pork or chicken.

TASTING NOTE:

Rich, generous aromas of ripe orchard fruits, tangerine, fresh butter and toasted nuts get a pretty accent of chalky mineral and crushed mint.  In the mouth, this envelops your palate and if the weight isn’t quite at that level, the texture – silky, creamy, deep – is very close.  Rich, long, and bursting with layer after layer of fruit, nut, spice, mint and mineral flavours.
