Its breadth and generosity in the mouth also harmonize with dumplings, white meats or cream poultry. The goat cheeses of the Mâconnais are also partners of choice for Pouilly-Fuissé in his teens.

TASTING NOTE:

A balanced wine, combining finesse, power, aromatic complexity and good aging potential. Between three and ten years, the richness of this dry wine, with delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, evolves towards notes of hazelnut, almond, vanilla or gunstone during aging, is best expressed.
