This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with raw and lightly cooked shellfish like crab and prawns, steamed or grilled fish, fish pâtés, fish, chicken or vegetable terrines and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables. It also goes well with creamy vegetable soups.

TASTING NOTE:

The Les Champs Gains premier cru is an attractive, typical Puligny which can be enjoyed without cellaring. It exudes aromas of white flowers (acacia), white fruit and hazelnut notes. The palate reveals great richness, roundness, vigour and fruitiness. The mouth ends with an attractively long finish.
