This fantastically well balanced and complex wine would be a great accompaniment with food such as raw and lightly cooked shellfish like crab and prawns, steamed or grilled fish, fish pâtés, fish, chicken or vegetable terrines and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables. It also goes well with creamy vegetable soups.

TASTING NOTE:

Supremely complex with ripe lemons and limes, touches of honey and fresh blossom on the nose followed by a weighty palate. Hints of vanilla, hazelnuts, fresh peach and a citrus finish, balance perfectly with the mouth-watering acidity on the palate.
