A lush, exotic fruit of pineapple, yuzu, grapefruit and lime zest spills from the glass. The herbal bouquet of nettle, chervil, sage and lemon thyme is opulent. The wood note of the used barrels is not perceptible on the nose, but contributes to the creamy, soft and gently mineral overall picture on the palate. Sweetness and fruit acidity give each other a balanced match.
