TASTING NOTE:

The Juffer Kabinett comes with a playful nose, smelling of May herbs, apricot, greengage and filigree slate minerality. The Juffer Kabinett is also youthfully playful on the palate but with a clear expression. Honeydew melon, yellow peach and grapey nuances lead to a mineral finish. Everything is in perfect balance. The acid structure is sparkling clean and encourages the next sip. The combination of clear fruit and minerality gives the wine its animating freshness and lightness.
