The Chardonnay Collio DOC shows a powerful bouquet with notes of exotic fruits, liquorice, citrus and a little honey, paired with a light toasted note. On the palate, it is racy, radiant, powerful and clearly defined. The long finish is characterised by melting and a beautiful saltiness - exciting to the last drop. Nicola Manferrari's Chardonnay is incredibly dense, it retains all the tension despite its richness and shows a fascinating charisma that only comes about under optimal conditions.
