TASTING NOTE: 

The Puligny-Montrachet from Carillon shows a pale golden yellow. On the nose, it pleases with intense aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, fresh peach and green apple. On the palate, the wine is spicy with lots of citrus, a noticeable minerality and a juicy acid structure. Carillon's Pulignys are often still quite austere and steely in their youth. They always need a certain amount of time to reveal their purity, richness of extract and class. If you have a little patience, you will notice how the wines gain in stature and aroma over the years and delight with an irresistible terroir aroma.
