TASTING NOTE: 

It has an intense, bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose shows lots of almost candied white fruit, such as pears and apples, stone fruit, such as plums and ripe peaches, and notes of banana, hints of fennel and straw, spices such as cloves, and bitter almonds, fresh bread dough and pastries. The palate is full-bodied with a sensation of sweetness from the ripe fruit. It has good acidity and an interesting structure with a long finish that, as a whole, make it a gastronomic wine.
