A blend of 7 parcels on the highest slopes of the appellation. This geographical situation (cold but sunny climate) and soil conditions (Kimmeridgian marl) give this wine a discreet, pure nose that opens with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit.

The palate is racy, crystalline, long on citrus notes at first, then saline and mineral at the end. There is nothing exuberant here, only neatness and precision.
