Appia Antica 400 is a brilliant wine with a straw yellow colour and golden reflections. It has a very intense perfume of fruity notes of citrus and exotic fruit, and floral ones reminding of broom and orange blossoms. Regarding its taste, it’s dry, fresh, acid in the right amount and characterised by a flavour and a minerality typical of the territory: persistent in the mouth, firm but at the same time harmonious and elegant. The Sémillon in this territory has a very particular personality that allows it to express its mineral and fresh characteristics to the fullest
