TASTING NOTE:

The 2016 Chablis Bas de Chapelot has been in used barrels since March. It has a lovely bouquet, quite intense with subtle orange rind scents infusing the cold wet stone aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with good concentration on the entry and a fine line of acidity.
