This Chardonnay is made exclusively from Burgundy vines that have been grafted onto rootstock ? a process known as cloning. The wine is left unoaked to allow Chardonnay?s lemon-lime character to shine. Lees ageing softens the acidity and adds layers of texture and a hint of creaminess. If you love Chablis, you can now look a little closer to home. Expect aromas of apple blossom and thyme, with flavours of melon and citrus. Its zingy acidity will cut through the richness of cured salmon
