On the nose it develops gradually its richness; the initially fruity and spicy aromas envelop notes of sour cherry and raspberry, while hints of cocoa and vanilla make the bouquet even more intriguing. Medallions of venison with port and cranberries; lamb chops with minted potatoes and zucchini or grilled sirloin steak with anise basil butter.
