Very deep, dark, opaque black-purple color that holds well to a vivid, dark-purple rim. The aromas have sweet new oak spices over dark fruit. On the palate vanilla overlays opulent, juicy black-cherry fruit. There is an attractive interplay between the fine structure & the plentiful, lively fruit. Alcohol sees balanced. Fine, supple tannins lift the powerful, ripe juicy fruit. The mouth-watering nature of the open, lively, fresh black-fruit gives good length to the finish.
