Attractive black plum in colour. The nose offers gobs of jammy black fruits intermixed with a delicious spiciness. The body is equally full, vibrant and concentrated. A well structured, well made wine all round. Beef tenderloin with goat cheese sauce, spicy beef and sweet-potato stir-fry, spiced venison steaks with red-cabbage confit and red-wine sauce or duck with honey-peppercorn sauce.
