Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes from a single, walled vineyard (“Le Clos”) are vinified in temperature-controlled vats, then aged in French oak barrels (partly new) for added depth and complexity. A limited-production wine that highlights the finesse of Northern Rhône Syrah.
Farming: From alluvial terraces and clay-limestone soils near the village of Mercurol, where optimal exposure and meticulous viticulture deliver structured, aromatic Syrah with a true sense of place.
