La Motte's wine is quite rich and rounded with hints of grilled almonds, gentle toasty oak, buttery fruit then classic mineral tones and acidity balancing on the finish. A classic combination would be white fish in a creamy sauce or seafood but the balance of concentrated creamy fruit and steely acidity can also work with vegetarian Indian, more exotic Chinese or even Thai food but go easy on the chill.
