An elegant and precise Pouilly-Fuissé from Domaine du Roc des Boutires, sourced from limestone-rich soils at 360 metres elevation in the 'En Bertilionne' lieu-dit. Fermented and aged in a 50/50 split of stainless steel and used oak, capturing freshness and subtle texture in equal measure.

Pale gold with silver highlights and excellent luminosity.

👃 On the Nose

Fresh and expressive aromas of citrus blossom, ripe apricot and white peach, with white flowers, a delicate mineral streak and subtle hints of vanilla from the oak ageing.

🍷 On the Palate

Elegant and medium-bodied with bright, refreshing acidity. The limestone soils at 360m elevation bring a lovely purity and tension. Notes of lemon zest, apricot and white flowers lead to a clean, mineral-driven finish with excellent length.

🍽 Food Pairing

Wonderful with seared scallops, grilled sea bass, langoustines or a classic fish en papillote. Also excellent alongside fresh goat's cheese or a light vegetable tart.
