A remarkable Bourgogne Blanc from fourth-generation vigneron Fabien Coche, sourced from seven parcels within the Meursault appellation. Whole-bunch pressed and aged for 16 months on fine lees — including six months in stainless steel — before bottling without fining or filtration. Certified organic from the 2023 vintage, with organic farming practised since the early 2000s. This wine delivers far beyond its Bourgogne Blanc classification.

Bright, luminous gold with a green-tinged rim and excellent clarity.

👃 On the Nose

Expressive and complex aromas of ripe citrus, white peach and apple blossom, underscored by a fine mineral thread and subtle brioche notes from the extended lees ageing.

🍷 On the Palate

Medium-bodied with vibrant, refreshing acidity and remarkable complexity for the appellation. The 16 months on lees lend a satisfying texture and depth, with flavours of pear, lemon curd and white stone fruit leading to a clean, precise, mineral finish.
